Rain. Heavy Rain. But that didn’t stop us from attending. 3 days, over 300 miles, good start to another year. 2013 Torquefest Pictures  

Route was out to Sandwich and then Hinckley. Starved Rock was avoided because of the flooding. One temporary breakdown and one running on a cylinder short, which worked to get the bugs out before Torquefest.   Here are all of the pictures

Quick notes from the weekend. Noon Friday Roy, Adam, Joe and I took off to help and volunteer for the early parking of Iron Invasion.It rained and sleeted on us as we left. Roy had a high speed blow-out. My spare was used. It took two shops before we found someone who would patch it. [...]

Just what I was going for. It’s noticeable but not in your face bass-boat style. Camera’s don’t pick this up very well. Tomorrow I’ll sand it down and put on a final flow coat. I only used one teaspoon per quart and only needed 16 ounces to cover the roof. I have LOTS of flake [...]

Jen and I went Sat just as spectators, Stopping by after coming home from Sandwich Fair. Adam was there with the Matson crew though. Me, Roy, Joe, Wes and Adam all showed up Sunday. Took a couple things home from the swap meet too. Link to the rest of the pictures
